Joseph Cohil has joined Dynamill Research as Chief Commercial Officer in 2025. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operations Officer for Eli Lilly Clinical Diagnostics Laboratory, and prior to that, served as the Head of Synergy Oncology, developing a robust Next Generation Sequencing testing menu. His prior 20 years of experience in clinical and research diagnostic testing included responsibilities in broad leadership and strategic roles including sales, marketing, market access, operational excellence in both the US and global markets. He has been a leader in both biotech start-ups and recognized organizations, such as Labcorp. Joseph brings significant experience in operating model transformation, strategic partnerships, and commercial execution. He holds a BS in Biology from Indiana University, Bloomington.
